Request Initiated

Inventory is selected with its category, item type, serial number, and current availability.

2

Review & Approval

Subadmin or authorized user reviews the item and confirms custody eligibility.

3

Custody Assignment

The system records the assignee, assigner, date, and item status for audit tracking.

4

Return or Transfer

Returns, transfers, repair, lost, and scrap status changes remain visible in activity logs.

Inventory Use and Access Policy

This system is intended for authorized inventory administration, custody assignment, activity tracking, backup monitoring, and return processing only.

Authorized Access

Admin, subadmin, and approved user accounts must use their own credentials. Shared passwords and unauthorized access are not permitted.

Inventory Accuracy

Category, item type, serial number, location, quantity, custody holder, and status should be updated whenever inventory changes.

Audit and Responsibility

System logs, return requests, custody actions, and backups must be preserved for accountability and operational review.
